Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and training events, in collaboration with the Events department
Maintain and update customer lists, sales records and other reportingCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Point person for internal staff projects and questions related to BDG, serving as a liaison with Partner Setup, Finance, Meeting & Events, and Sales to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsible for completing loan documents based on templates and ensuring all final documents are received and uploaded to SharePoint for funding
Responsible for maintaining and updating information in Salesforce in relation to BDG Contracts
Assists with reports, and contracts as directed by BDG leadership
Reporting responsibility for BDG

SalesforceMS OfficeMedical device experienceOffice Administration

Required

High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proven experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS OneDrive, Sharepoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular).

Preferred

Experience in a medical device or healthcare-related industry is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
