Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.)
Engage C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market specialty subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500+ employees)
Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires
Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners
Attend industry conferences and represent the company within relevant industry associations

Required
Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quotas selling complex products
Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders
Experience in construction or selling to mid-market specialty contractors
