Responsibilities

Utilize best-in-class processes aligned with the strategic goals of the company to source, recruit, and hire top talent efficiently and effectively.
Deliver the highest level of customer service to company leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively.
Influence, mentor and train Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance their skills and capabilities, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team.
Effectively utilize, and help others successfully incorporate, all available tools and resources to optimize the recruitment process and achieve staffing objectives.
Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to influence others to reach and maintain optimum staffing levels while working to prioritize critical openings and high turnover locations.
Consistently elevate the standards by which the team sources high quality candidates, provides realistic job previews and exhibits the company’s core values in every candidate interaction.
Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and adherence to company core values in every interaction.
View staffing through a team-wide lens, considering broader Talent Acquisition goals and priorities rather than just individual workload.
Influence individual and team performance accountability to drive improved outcomes for Talent Acquisition and Company Leadership.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and initiatives, as needed.
Maintain active awareness of HR and other department objectives to ensure alignment of staffing processes with organizational strategy.
Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Completes other projects and special assignments as required by Supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
4+ Years Talent acquisition or recruitment experience
2+ Years experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Ability to align recruitment processes with the strategic goals of the company, ensuring that sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices support organizational objectives and priorities.
Skilled at managing and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive interactions, clear communication, realistic job previews, and professional representation of the brand and company values to leave a lasting impression.
Adept at providing exceptional service to company leadership and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, addressing their needs promptly and effectively to meet staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Willing and able to influence, mentor, and train Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Proficient in utilizing available tools and resources to optimize the recruitment process and achieve staffing objectives, as well as helping others to successfully incorporate these tools into their workflow for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Capable of influencing without authority, elevating team engagement, rewarding and recognizing valued contributors, and accepting ownership of team outcomes.
Recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, search software, and social media sites

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
