Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to uncover customer needs and marketplace opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and launch.
Build data-driven business cases to influence product roadmaps and drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to support product adoption and retention goals.
Develop and measure the impact of go-to-market strategies, using SQL and other analytical tools.

Required
7+ years in Strategy, Research, Data Analysis, Product, or related fields.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, structuring, and analysis.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
Experience identifying customer pain points and building actionable business cases.
Strong ability to synthesize data and insights to guide product and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Familiarity with Python is a plus but not required.
