Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth and seamless SaaS application implementation for our clients
Continuous improvement of the implementation process
Provide technical advice and guidance to our internal teams and customers
Install and configure a range of technical solutions
Liaise closely with Delivery, Project teams and other key stakeholders
Work directly with our customers

Required

Relational Database Experience. Preferably Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL – advanced data analysis, manipulation, and managing schemas/tables, stored procedures, triggers, and functions)
Experience in basic Windows Server administration, such as using RDP to connect to servers, transfer files, monitor performance
Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Ability to quickly learn new processes in an ever changing software world
Gather, analyse, specify and validate business needs from stakeholders
Successful delivery of time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail of project specifications
Strong team-work ethic, open to sharing knowledge and promoting growth within a globally distributed organization
Strong ‘can-do’ attitude and ‘customer service’ ethic, putting the customer first
Strong and plan focused personality that can manage difficult customer situations where necessary to obtain a positive outcome

Preferred

Alteryx Designer
Working with Azure/AWS PaaS/SaaS services, specifically API Gateway
Single Sign On integration
Microsoft .NET technology stack
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software such as MapInfo Professional, ESRI ArcGIS, or QGIS
Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence, Tempo, etc.
