HR Coordinator - Full Time, Days (Remote)

Responsibilities
Enters data into company HR systems, such as Ceridian and JBDEV. Accurately processes Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) in a timely manner.
Tracks all Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) on department tracker. Ensures tracker is current and includes clear and detailed notes. Troubleshoots issues with Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s); engages local business partners and leadership when appropriate.
Receives and accurately updates employee documents and credentials in Ceridian and JBDEV. Ensures employee credentials and documents are filed in Spring CM.
Responds to tickets received via HR Operations ticket system. Follows tickets through to resolution, closing tickets out within department timeframe of 48 hours. Escalates tickets to department lead or leadership as required.
Assists with special projects or research as needed. Supports local hospitals with regulatory surveys, document requests, and reporting as needed.
Assists with department quality control and auditing of HR practices to ensure compliance with State and Federal employee related laws and regulations.
Provides exceptional external and internal customer support in person, via email and phones with the highest level of customer service in the Employee Service Center. Ensures timely log in to Cisco phone system by start of shift, with phone queued up and ready to take calls, and dispositions phone when away from desk. Acts as a team player and covers workload of other HR Coordinators in their absence. Assists with other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required
Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources Department
Associates Degree, HR Certification or equivalent Human Resources Experience
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of HR rules and regulations.
Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS
Computer Proficiency in MS Office Suite esp. Excel: VLookup, Pivot tables, Formula Creation, Data Mining
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
PHR Certification
Prior Human Resource experience in a Healthcare setting with knowledge of regulatory requirements
