Responsibilities
Focus on the right accounts within our defined market, identify key contacts within those accounts and execute a targeted ABM effort to effectively move these accounts through the entire sales funnel.
Direct end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Manage the demand generation strategic planning, including industry events, email nurture, and digital advertising.
Directly manage Business Development team members, guiding their day-to-day work.
Fluently navigate and manage the use and maintenance of marketing automation systems, including SalesLoft, Salesforce, Pardot, and Apollo.
Provide executive-level reporting on campaign progress, metrics on lead generation efforts, cost per lead, etc., on a regular basis.
Internalize and understand the Pramata value proposition and supporting messages, working closely with Content Marketing & Creative team to ensure alignment between campaign plans and creative content.

Required
Experience in strategic planning and team leadership

Preferred
Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement or related industry knowledge
Vertical or specialized market focus
Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering results within budgetary constraints
Account-based marketing (ABM) planning and execution
Proven collaboration with sales and product teams
Experience working with and/or managing business development reps
Marketing automation + Salesforce proficiency
Strong project and program management skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Self-motivated, creative thinker and entrepreneurial spirit
Experience working for a start-up or high growth company is a plus
