Responsibilities

Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies

Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts

Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow and other tools to improve efficiency

Conduct regular audits, manage duplicate records, and implement data quality best practices

Lead the transition from Classic to Lightning and complete the migration of automations to Flow

Provide responsive support to users and deliver training sessions to drive platform adoption and proficiency

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions

Work closely with teams across departments to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions

Maintain and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems, including contracts, marketing, and mailing platforms

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and recommend enhancements to optimize the platform

Required

At least 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience with a track record of managing migrations and automations

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules

Ability to evaluate complex business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders and across teams to understand processes and deliver value

Must have a reliable and high-speed internet connection, either a wired connection or a strong and stable Wi-Fi network, to support effective remote work
