Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across SharePoint, Power Pages, Power BI including custom web parts, workflows, and integrations.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business analytics and decision-making.
Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user stories, and technical specifications.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Power Platform features and capabilities, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, and Power Automate.
Implement best practices for data modeling, report design, and performance optimization in Power BI.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power BI environments.
Maintain, enhance and manage existing dashboards and reporting features.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior developers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Implement security and compliance measures in accordance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Required
Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant experience
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions in Microsoft Power Platform including SharePoint and Power BI
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2016, and SharePoint Designer
Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
Experience with SQL Server and data warehousing concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
