Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Experience with blue-chip organizations.
Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Account Management: Oversee day-to-day account activities, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights to clients.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Lasers, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years with proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
Ability to address client challenges and resolve issues quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Capable to operate in a fast-changing environment.
