Responsibilities

Work with a high-performing team to gain in-depth real-life experience. This includes projects, participating in meetings, one-on-one training from team members, and assigned tasks.

Each participant will be matched with a mentor who will be available to answer questions, help through challenging situations, and give feedback throughout the course of the program.

Networking with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns.

Monitor inbox for incoming requests and review older requests for completion and archiving

Reach out to internal departments for assistance when needed, such as Treasury Management, Wires, Etc.

Assist with internal department process to organize digital documentation and upload to Salesforce.

Required

Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (tentative graduation date 2025 - 2026). Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to take a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Experience working in a team environment

Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Word skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen/Resident or have permanent/indefinite work authorization.
