Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics.
Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Communicate sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Expertise in business value selling, developing ROI models that justify the purchase.
Lead from the front - no armchair quarterbacks here. Experience in leading the sale, from start to finish, to show the sales team what the perfect sales call looks like.

Required
Experience in MEDDPICC and Question Based selling methodologies.
5+ years of strong leadership and proven team management experience, preferably in Saas or Technology sales.
Experience in team development and training.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets in a team environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Channels, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
