Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Impact : Collaborate with business owners to design and implement innovative digital solutions, including CMS, eCommerce, CRM, DAM, and CDP platforms.
Translate Complexity into Clarity : Extract business rules from code, decipher intricate system mappings, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Document with Precision: Create business requirements documents, use cases, process workflows, and systems interaction diagrams that guide development and align teams.
Shape Product Vision : Partner with clients to align product roadmaps and backlogs with their business goals.
Support System Changes : Identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and document processes to improve operations and system efficiency.
Facilitate Collaboration : Serve as a bridge between business leaders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clear and deliverables meet expectations.
Champion Quality : Develop test cases, analyze results, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Drive Adoption: Create training materials and deliver sessions to support smooth solution rollouts and end-user success.
Lead by Example : Collaborate with cross-functional teams of strategists, engineers, UX experts, and architects to deliver exceptional results.

Required
5+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally in an Agile consulting environment, working on website enhancements or custom builds.
Strong facilitation skills to run workshops and gather business requirements.
A knack for developing detailed requirements, use cases, process diagrams, and other key deliverables.
Experience with DXP/CMS platforms (Sitecore ideal) is required.
Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Preferred
Familiarity with eCommerce, custom applications, and platforms like CDP and/or DAM is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Scrum certification a bonus.
