Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for GroundTruth that drives brand awareness and generates leads.
Strategically assess and select the right events to develop brand awareness and strengthen our market positioning.
Manage the full event lifecycle from concept to execution, including logistics, promotion, company decks/presentations for the event, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure events align with business goals and messaging, as well as external partners (clients and vendors) during all phases of planning.
Track complex budgets, including contract and vendor negotiations, and measure the impact and ROI of events by incorporating tracking into projects, recapping events, and driving leads.
Create and execute a holistic pre, during, and post-event marketing plan via email, social media, direct outreach, website, and partnerships with industry organizations.
Generate qualified leads from events and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team, maintaining engagement throughout the sales funnel.
Manage inventory of promotional products (swag) and gifting.
Support other team initiatives as needed.

Required

4+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within the ad tech or technology sector.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and trade shows, and strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically and analytically with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Creative and proactive, with a passion for marketing and delivering high-quality events.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and build relationships with external partners.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot.
