Responsibilities

Manage and enhance HR systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Build dashboards to track key people metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Maintain and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and global labor laws.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations, mediating conflicts and supporting resolution processes.

Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and continuous feedback cycles.

Partner with leadership to design programs that enhance skills, leadership development, and career progression.

Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.

Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to scale processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people strategies and best practices.
