Responsibilities

Direct, lead, and develop direct reports;

Conduct sprint planning and daily check-ins with the team for agile practices;

Project manage the tasks and projects for the Product Owner team;

Establish standards for fields, processes, and design of the system configuration for the systems and platforms that this team manages;

Build strong partnerships with service line leaders to ensure business needs are being met with the business systems;

Meet with and advocate within the technology teams for the needs of the business units are being met by our software systems;

Train service line leaders and prepare staff training for the needs of our software products;

Review and hold team accountable for the usability of our software products;

Ensure appropriate controls are in place to meet or exceed regulatory, compliance, and security requirements;

Participate on the extended IT leadership team helping to guide strategic direction for Bethany's IT department;

Collaborate with the support team on application support and provide guidance to team on resolving issues;

Complete other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in information systems management from an accredited college, or equivalent experience

Two plus (2+) years of Project Management experience, preferably within software development

Demonstrated experience in leadership as a technical project manager, team leader or manager

Excellent communication skills including the ability to produce and present ideas and solutions to non-technical audience and listen effectively to understand business needs

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams within a complex and fast-paced environment

Proven experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions while fostering effective architecture/technology and operational practices culture

Ability to analytically review situations or issues to find an innovative solution

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively

Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage

Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries
