Responsibilities
Schedule patients for appointments across multiple specialty practices in western Virginia
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs effectively
Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
Maintain effective multitasking abilities while processing a high volume of calls

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare
Must demonstrate a customer-driven attitude and ability to work under stress
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Preferred
Associate's Degree or continued administrative education preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft software applications preferred
Bilingual skills are preferred to enhance patient communication
Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
Familiarity with medical terminology to improve call handling efficiency
