Responsibilities
Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee custom development on Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP).
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware platforms.
Provide oversight on Salesforce data architecture, data migrations, and ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce projects, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Salesforce system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Define and enforce security standards, including authentication, authorization, and Salesforce Shield for data encryption.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and custom development.
Communicate technical solutions and architecture to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform (Force.com).
Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, AWS, Heroku).
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience leading complex Salesforce migrations and integrations with enterprise systems.
Proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple industries.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, including multi-org, data residency, and data sharing models.
Ability to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions for large enterprises.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce DX.
In-depth knowledge of data management, data modeling, and data integration.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, leading sprints, and managing development teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce environments.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect required.
Additional certifications like Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, or Data Architect are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
Ability to mentor and lead junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Shield for advanced encryption and monitoring.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Salesforce Einstein.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
