Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to scope and validate technical use cases for assigned customers.
Identify business challenges, analyze workflows, and implement customized solutions, including template creation and API integrations.
Act as a technical advisor to customers, proposing solutions, outlining resource needs, and establishing timelines.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, customer environments, and emerging AI technologies to deliver prescriptive recommendations.
Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation, testing, and iteration of customer solutions.
Develop and document processes, systems, and workflows to optimize time-to-value for customers.
Create and maintain technical collateral and documentation to support seamless customer integration.
Serve as a liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams to share feedback and drive product enhancements.

Required
5+ years of experience in technical roles within SaaS environments, including 3+ years in a solutions architect or technical account management role.
Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
Proficiency with APIs and a solid understanding of technical workflows and integrations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders and provide actionable solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Preferred
Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with Python programming.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions.
