Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to translate mission-oriented or learning management needs into clear, actionable organizational plans.
Gather, organize, clean, and analyze data to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
Contribute to the development and evaluation of methodologies that address the client challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct research into industry best practices, benchmarks, and emerging trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies that drive organizational improvement, performance measurement, and business management enhancements.
Collaborate with senior consultants to develop solutions, recommendations and outcomes across multiple tasks and organizations.
Assist project managers and teams in the preparation of deliverables, maintaining project documents, and ensuring smooth execution of project tasks.
Support the assessment of industry trends, policy shifts, and standard methodologies that may impact project goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management or related discipline
4+ years of relevant, professional experience in consulting, organizational development, or performance improvement in a government or public sector environment.
Knowledge of Human-Centered Design/Design Thinking, employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design
Curious and open-minded approach to work
Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred

Certification in Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design background
Experience consulting or working for the Federal government
