Responsibilities

Supporting the project management, implementation.

Basic project coordination, issue management and communication with the member, and documentation to support member projects and standard implementation collateral.

Facilitating workshops that help understand the Member’s key business processes and identify how to configure standard products to meet their needs.

Providing both internal and external training as the subject matter expert on applications.

Required

3-5 years customer technology product implementation experience using standard project management and knowledge management tools to execute the projects.

Experience coordinating technical issues or support tickets to resolution.

Documentation experience required.

Basic understanding of Agile or other types of software development methodologies.

Preferred

Experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and adoption.

Training delivery on technology products.
