Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 15 - 18 Imaging Workflow Coordinators
Foster an encouraging and morale-building environment for team members
Drive performance aligned with the goals of the Enterprise Imaging Access Center
Strategically enhance the patient/client and employee experience
Implement process improvements to streamline operations

Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a field related to radiology and/or sonography
Familiarity with telematics platform and call center technology
Experience in call center operations
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a remote team effectively
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous experience in imaging call center operations
Knowledge of call center technology and processes
Experience in driving performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to enhance patient and employee experiences
