Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of media professionals.
Experience pitching new business and creating strategy for new business.
Scope new media projects and optimize team resources that align to budget and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates, and acting as an escalation point for any client issues.
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable deals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership to the team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Required

7-10 years of experience in B2B digital media, with a strong focus on paid media.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and development.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, and more.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Experience with media buying platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Insta) Ads, and DV360.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

Strong understanding of B2B marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of ABM principles and platforms like 6Sense and Demandbase
