Responsibilities
Lead sourcing events, gather business requirements, manage the bid process, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and prepare associated contract documents, including MSA, SaaS, SOWs, and Change Orders.
Evaluate and review contract terms and conditions across multiple contract types for acceptance.
Coordinate vendor onboarding with multiple departments such as security, IT, finance, and legal.

Required
5+ years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, and healthcare operations.
Healthcare payor experience is essential, with Medicare experience seen as a significant plus.
Strong experience in negotiating with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
Proven ability to evaluate and prepare contract documents, including MSA, SaaS, SOWs, and Change Orders.
