Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with US marketing objectives while tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
Oversee the creation and editing of engaging, regionally relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring that messaging is consistent with the brand while localized for different regions.
Oversee the management of region-specific platforms, ensuring regular posting and community engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts in international markets, adapting strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
Plan, execute, and optimize national social media campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Foster and manage online communities across different regions, ensuring timely responses and meaningful interactions with followers.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance across regions, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
Work closely with US marketing, content, and design teams to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
Ensure that all social media activities comply with local regulations, and platform-specific guidelines.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, including social media management, with a focus on national and regional campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform preferences, and cultural nuances across different regions.
Proven ability to create engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing social media landscapes and business needs.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones in a remote environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred
Master’s degree is a plus.
Light experience in video editing and familiarity with popular editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, with an understanding of localization best practices.
