Responsibilities

Project managing the effort.

Project plan and tracking, status reporting, all BOF related requirements, creating or supporting the creation of all required TDLC and ITAM deliverables and artifacts, maintaining and developing with team the pilot and subsequent phases, assisting with PMO R&R as required by BOF.

Able to work with and manage a team with all levels of teammates and skill sets – Managers, BOF program all levels, LOD2, LOD3, CT&O, Architects, Analysts, Testers, etc.

Certifications: CRISC, PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, ITOM/ITAM/CMDB, Agile CSM, SAFe RTE, CMMI, RUP, Cybersecurity

Project Manager, Cognitive Threat Analytics - CTA, TOGAF in-progress

Soft Skills: Listening, mentoring, partnering, teamwork, mission-focused, and remaining calm under pressure.

Compliance: FINRA, NIST, FIPS, CMMC, HITRUST, ISO2700n, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, TISAX

Methodologies: Agile SAFe and Waterfall, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, OODA, METL
