Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on various local communities and municipalities to gather relevant data and information.
Analyze demographic, economic, social, and cultural factors that impact the communities.
Identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities or challenges within the communities.
Evaluate the overall dynamics, strengths, weaknesses, and development potential of the communities.
Review community stakeholders in each location and make recommendations for outreach to the Director of Research & Strategy.
Create a detailed contact database list for each community.
Examine local and municipal regulations, zoning codes, and permitting processes relevant to the company's projects or initiatives.
Assess the feasibility and potential challenges related to obtaining necessary permits and approvals and ensure that each project scorecard reflects that.
Provide recommendations and insights on navigating the permitting landscape effectively and efficiently.
Manage and organize research projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline research processes and enhance efficiency.
