Responsibilities
Manage renewal preparation utilizing broker
Negotiates with vendor and broker
Work with internal and external team to analyze plan options
Review current plan design and make recommendations based on short term and long-term objectives
Review market data, analysis and make suggestions to management team
Complete employee contribution analysis as well as gross to net analysis
Implementation to employees (communication both printed and verbal)
Manage monthly enrollment
Review and process bills
Evaluates and establishes internal benefits processes
High level of accuracy, timeliness and in all benefits processes
Monthly tracking of claims review in addition to cost and contribution recovery
Integration into HCM platform Paylocity
COBRA management
Partnering with broker and 401k provider
Manage open enrollment
Oversee employee training throughout the year
Facilitating Investment committee meetings
Integration into HCM platform Paylocity
Responsible for 401k compliance reporting
Lead FMLA management
Benefits related compliance (FMLA, ACA, as needed)
Federal reporting (EEOC, vendors selling to government agencies, as needed by business)
Unemployment reporting and hearings

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
A broad understanding of corporate benefits plans and broker interaction
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain multiple projects
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Paylocity HRIS is highly desired
Solid MS Office Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Technical Writing Skills
