Responsibilities
Input, process, and manage financial data in our systems with precision and attention to detail.
Organize, verify, and ensure compliance of financial documents with internal and external standards.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies across accounts and systems, ensuring accuracy.
Support the finance team by creating financial reports and performing trend analysis.
Work alongside internal teams to address financial issues and optimize workflows.
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Required
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with financial or accounting software.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and document management.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working across teams and engaging in customer-centric problem-solving.
Open to part-time candidates, including students, with adaptable work hours.
