Responsibilities

Execute & deliver strategic enabling projects by building engagements with internal SMEs across IT.

Collaboration with the PM from SI partners as well as when needed technology providers or other external stakeholders for integrated timeline and ongoing risk management.

Develop weekly, monthly status reports as well as run the project steering meetings.

Author, develop and maintain key project documents.

Develop high performing project teams.

Work with IT governance & program management IT LT for governance, standard & practices. Contribute for continual improvements.

Senior PM (15+ years of experience).

Excellent communicator. Demonstrated capability to articulate complex situations in simple terms.

Someone with an engaging personality, excellent grasp of Pharma and especially clinical development as well as relevant enabling capabilities. Who has driven successful SDLC projects.

Deep skill in structuring information.

And is open to experiment and adapt new ways of thinking.

Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects using Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, ensuring successful delivery through adaptable planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
