Responsibilities
Ensure the timely execution of projects within established schedules and budget constraints while complying with safety regulations, reliability standards, technical quality, and regulatory requirements.
Proactively oversee project contracts by thoroughly reviewing and approving change orders and invoices.
Coordinate project expectations, workflows, and communications among various internal and external departments and stakeholders to align with project objectives, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct quality analysis and quality control for key deliverables associated with both managed projects and those supervised by others.
Identify, report, and manage project risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to develop effective mitigation plans.
Prepare updated project budgets and provide detailed analytics to explain any variances against the budget and schedule.
Oversee and manage the entire construction process to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule, while reducing project turnover.
Maintain effective communication with senior management and all project teams, both internal and external to the company. Prepare and distribute progress status reports as required.
Ensure the highest standards of environmental health and safety on assigned renewable energy projects.

Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in progressive project management roles.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, Autodesk, Procore, and MS Project.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple tasks and deliverables.
Ability to evaluate priorities and effectively multi-task, keeping others informed of progress concerning deadlines.
Highly motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and possessing strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proven track record of empathy, relationship building, and effective leadership across diverse backgrounds.
Open to feedback, receptive to challenges, and eager for professional development.
Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of business principles.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management processes and tools, including scheduling, budget analysis and controls, change management, and team management.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Professional Engineer (PE) credential are a plus.
Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.
Construction field experience is also preferred.
