Responsibilities

Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold outreach to generate sales opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle for smaller, simpler deals specific to turnkey solutions, from initial outreach through to closing.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of larger, more complex deals.
Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-up and consultations.
Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing smaller deals for turnkey solutions independently while nurturing leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work with the team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential customers and exploring new market opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report on sales activities, lead progress, and results.
Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately documented.
Stay up to date with company offerings, industry trends, and new products/services.
Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and stay competitive.

Required

1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on lead generation and closing sales.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and surpass sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience conducting cold calls and engaging with clients at various stages of the sales cycle.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage clients and effectively close smaller, simpler deals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards a sales target.
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing sales metrics and performance.
Effectively plan, prioritize, and allocate time to complete tasks efficiently.
All job candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the first day of work and provide proof of such vaccination.

Preferred

Knowledge of ServiceNow or working in a SaaS professional services environment is a plus.
