Responsibilities
Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets of volume, revenue and profitability
Develop and execute strategic account plans for major customers
Identify growth areas for the assigned product areas on an on-going basis
Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business
Previous Territory Management
Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance

Required
University level business or technical degree
Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in selling into similar industries which include material handling, automation/robotics, ground support equipment, and general industrial markets
Experience with the development of sales plans and following through the execution to achieve growth goals
Ready to travel throughout the region
Strong hunting skills
Broad understanding of steps needed to communicate a strong value proposition
Ability to prospect for new accounts and new growth opportunities
