Responsibilities

Works under minimal oversight and is responsible for the management of a specific project and the work performed under assigned Work Orders.

Manages a team of 10-15 team members

Performs day-to-day management of the project, identifies project risks and issues and implements issue and risk mitigation strategies.

Acts as a facilitator between the federal bureau/office and IT contractor team.

Responsible for ensuring that work performed under each Call Order is within scope, consistent with requirements, and delivers on time and within the budget. Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing requirements.

Monitors issues and provides resolutions for up-to-date status reports.

Managing project budget and hours.
