Responsibilities
Develop and execute communications strategies for data dashboards designed to improve educator preparation programs (EPPs) and support local education agencies (LEAs) in teacher hiring and retention.
Create newsletters, emails, and webinar content to inform stakeholders about dashboard updates and functionality.
Prepare written materials to guide end-users in maximizing dashboard utility.
Collaborate with internal teams to deploy pre- and post-launch communications for the TalentED Dashboard.
Occasionally support other communication and marketing requests within the division.

Required
6 years of experience in marketing and communications.
5 years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
3 years of experience with Adobe Products.
2 years of experience in email marketing.
2 years of experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Preferred
3 years of experience in the education field.
2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Applications, specifically Power BI.
2 years of experience in video production/editing.
