Responsibilities
Lead Developer
Project management skills are required (timeline, scope, budget, technical knowledge, stakeholder meetings, interpret and present technicalities, be hands-on implementation)
Power BI experience
SQL experience required
Azure experience required
Integration with ServiceNow required
Must have presentation skills and be able to do more than present numbers—when it comes to metrics; people are quick to speak numbers—they need to provide overall value to the story, trends, spikes, highs and lows and what is causing these particular numbers and reports
Great with documentation; excel; crucial documentation for the upkeep; eliminate key man risk and concerns
Great with communication – verbal
Integration with ServiceNow
Database knowledge and API connectivity understanding—how systems are communicating and interacting with each other
Prod/QA (you don’t test in prod) and Development environment within IAM
Know how to roadmap
Create storyboards
Github/GitLab
Taking the project from inception to completion
Knowing how to communicate with and have meetings with C-level individuals
Initiative: metrics and strategy team focus; won't be one particular project; they have a project board; keeping things organized; not solely responsible but need someone to come in and bounce ideas and help grow into Client and other parts of organization and enterprise
If they lead teams that is a plus and if they can help other peers
