Responsibilities

Assist with project oversight to lead planning and implementation, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met

Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management

Assist in developing contract required products to include technical directions plans, rough order of magnitude pricing and management of the risk register

Serve as a point of contact between government representatives, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status risks and expectations

Ensure adherence to government contract regulations and compliance standards

Additional duties as assigned or required

Required

4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience

Previously support the Department of Defense or other government contracts

Efficient with Microsoft Office products

Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with a functionally diverse team

Clearance: Ability to possess and maintain a Secret Clearance
