Responsibilities
Quickly engage, qualify, and nurture leads from marketing campaigns.
Strategically identify and target mid-market opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email, and LinkedIn).
Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound playbooks, messaging, and targeting strategies based on results.
Secure discovery calls with decision-makers for Account Executives to close deals.
Maintain detailed records and activity in HubSpot, tracking progress and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Required
At least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B or professional services setting.
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You’re adaptable, resourceful, and thrive when building processes from scratch.
You can identify target markets, develop tailored strategies, and execute outreach with creativity and persistence.
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, write personalized emails, and drive activity to build pipeline momentum.
You have a proven track record of hitting activity and revenue goals, and you’re hungry to overdeliver.
