Responsibilities

Data entry

Monitor data systems

Data analysis

Developed by the intern in coordination with Data Specialist

Must include data analysis and reference humanitarian work

Intern will complete supplementary educational materials on data philosophy and ethics

Center clients in data administration decisions

Assist staff in serving clients better

Willingness to think creatively and serve clients better

Reliable

Accuracy and consistency with work

Willing to learn new software programs and data analysis tools

If remote or hybrid, access to reliable internet, a computer, and video call technology (laptops can be provided to an intern only while in the office)

If remote or hybrid, ability to download and install software to complete remote work

If remote or hybrid, ability to attend meetings via video call during Eastern Standard Time (NYC time)

Willing to learn about IRC history, philosophy, global work, and local efforts

Willing to adhere to IRC volunteer and workplace policies
