Responsibilities
Responsible for regular maintenance of the org - User login reports, Critical warnings, Health checks, Optimizations
Responsible for daily operations of the org - Checking scheduled batch jobs, Dashboards, All regularly occurring tasks
Maintain sandboxes, and lower testing environments
Maintain the training environment
Provide support to internal customers
Mentor junior administrators
Staying up to date on releases
Review the Salesforce Release notes and test the preview sandboxes
Responsible for deployments
Develop reports/dashboards and assist end-users when they have questions
Create and following-up on cases with Salesforce report
Create custom apps using tools such as SF Flows, page layouts, record types, approval process, etc.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance with at least 1,000 users
7+ years of analyst experience and/or experience with insurance processes
7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Minimum 3 years of experience designing and configuring on 1 or more Salesforce Clouds – Service Cloud/Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud
Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies
Experience engaging developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, custom metadata types, custom settings, and managed packages
Ability to create Salesforce Reports/Dashboards for business needs
Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in highly regulated industries
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adaption
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to explain technology in business terms
Preferred
Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience highly preferred
Knowledge of Insurance Industry is a plus
Proficiency in some combination of the following skills: Jira/Confluence, Salesforce Data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Schema Builder), Deploying multiple components (100+) into different environments (Sandbox vs. Production)
