Required

Seasoned expertise in quoting and installing complex structured settlement annuities.

Experience with reviewing structured settlement case documents and demonstrated sound business judgment and risk management acumen.

Proven ability to lead and develop teams and persuade and build strong, credible, and confident working relationships with external business partners.

Manage budgets, drive process improvement and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.

Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.

Accountability to stay abreast of the competitive landscape and the changing regulatory environment that governs the business.

A passion for creating meaningful, customer-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
