Responsibilities

Provide coaching and facilitation that support the adoption of Agile and DevOps within teams, across all levels of the organization, with a focus on delivering value

Coaching may be required to work at any level of the organization, ranging from individual development teams, to programs, portfolios, divisions, and executive leadership

Assist the agency to establish the appropriate processes for managing a portfolio of work in an agile way to drive strategic change across the organization
