Responsibilities

Design and architect the ServiceNow CMDB to meet business requirements

Develop and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday, and Jira

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Implement best practices for CMDB management and ITIL processes

Provide tier 3 support for operations of the ServiceNow platform

Optimize the ServiceNow data model and enforce coding standards

Conduct regular audits and health checks of the CMDB

Develop and deliver training for end-users and administrators

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including recent releases

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM modules

Experience with ServiceNow development, including client scripts, business rules, and update sets

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with distributed teams

ITIL Foundation Certification

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Experience with data modeling and database management principles

Knowledge of network protocols and security architecture

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Experience with on-premise ServiceNow implementations

Familiarity with ServiceNow security architecture

Experience in the management of update sets and integration with other IT systems
