Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of operations in Los Angeles, including project launches, local account management, and operational inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact.

Use advanced analytical skills to monitor key fulfillment, growth, profitability metrics and trends. Analyze financial data, providing strategic insights and resolutions for local accounts.

Develop models to forecast hiring and operational needs accurately, aligning with growth projections and expansion strategies.

Work in tandem with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies, maintaining an in-depth understanding of market conditions and competitor rates.

Coordinate with customer success, sales, support and management teams to manage on-the-ground issues effectively, ensuring robust communication and prompt resolution.

Enhance driver satisfaction and retention through engaging activities, recognition programs, and consistent support.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years in project management or operations, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.

Strong capability in data analysis and problem-solving, with a proven track record of driving key metrics.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and lead diverse teams.

Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Must be able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
