Responsibilities
Define the business context, scope, and objectives of Red Team engagements to ensure they align with the organization’s goals
Collect detailed information about targets, such as IP ranges, domain names, and employee details. Use frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to model potential threats and evaluate associated risks
Exploit vulnerabilities to gain initial access using techniques like social engineering, physical attacks, or exploiting external attack surfaces
Establish persistence by setting up backdoors, creating new accounts, and using Command and Control (C2) frameworks
Deliver comprehensive reports of findings, including executive summaries, detailed findings, control successes and failures, and recommendations for improvement

Required
Demonstrated expertise in Red Team operations and penetration testing
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, including MITRE ATT&CK
Proficiency in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities using various attack techniques
Experience with Command and Control (C2) frameworks and maintaining persistent access
Capability to escalate privileges and navigate laterally within networks
Expertise in data exfiltration techniques and thorough reporting of findings
Strong communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred
Preferred certifications include OSCP, CEH, or similar
