Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions to support supply chain operations.
Create and manage dashboards and reports using PowerBI, ensuring actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Develop and optimize SSRS and SSIS packages to support data integration and reporting needs.
Utilize Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating data workflows and data movement.
Implement and manage Azure Synapse Analytics for data warehousing solutions.
Collaborate with the IT and business teams to design and implement data models, including semantic layers, to support analytics and reporting requirements.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all analytics and reporting platforms.
Provide technical expertise and support for analytics tools and platforms.
Continuously improve analytics processes and solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics development, with a strong focus on PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, ADF, and Azure Synapse.
Proficiency in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and semantic layers.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
Proficiency in Visual Studio IDE, Python, C#, and PySpark.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate are a plus.
