Responsibilities

Configure and build within the Symplr MyTime system, including Time and Attendance and Staff Scheduling modules.

Perform setup and maintenance of roles/access and resolve access-related issues.

Troubleshoot and validate system integrations, addressing failures effectively.

Analyze and reconfigure systems, such as shift differentials in healthcare settings.

Collaborate with system analysts to support day-to-day technical troubleshooting, project analysis, and configuration tasks.
