Responsibilities
Own the pre-employment journey, ensuring onboarding tasks are completed timely and in compliance with state/federal regulations
Act as back-up for all People & Culture systems, upkeeping and maintaining accurate and current data; perform routine audits and actively participate in system/process enhancements
Ensure employee personnel files are accurate, complete, and fulfill legal/regulatory requirements
Manage employee lifecycle events in HRIS (ADP), including new hires, terminations, promotions, and status changes; collaborate with the payroll team during processing
Generate regular and custom reports to assist in decision-making; analyze the data, and identify trends as needed
Respond to employee inquiries and triage issues/requests sent to People & Culture’s inbox
Update Careforth’s intranet routinely and act as a back-up to the Intranet administrator
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required
2-4 years of experience in human resources; preferably in a human resource or talent acquisition support capacity
Proficient in Excel, with proven experience creating and analyzing reports
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability or interest in enhancing and streamlining systems, processes and workflows
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing highly confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
Preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or similar)
Experience with HRIS (ADP or similar)
