Responsibilities

Explore machine learning opportunities

Investigate and compile new sources of medical data

Provide clinical input to refine existing machine learning architecture

Develop and integrate machine learning algorithms for data processing and analysis

Building models to address business problems

Presenting information using data visualization techniques

Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms

Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and assist other team members

Other duties as assigned

Required

4+ working in Computer Science or a combination of education and experience

Advanced programming language skills in R Programming Language, C++, Python, Java, and Node.JS

Advanced software development and design skills

Basic graduate level understanding of applied mathematics, particularly in the areas of variational calculus and functional analysis

Expertise in machine learning methods and data analysis

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Passion for machine-learning and research

Experience in data mining

Analytical mind and business acumen

Problem-solving aptitude

Excellent communication and presentation skill

R programming language, Python, SQL, SAS required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or relevant field

Preferred

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a relevant field
