Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage telecommunications projects, including circuit provisioning, changes, and troubleshooting.
Analyze telecommunications data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Generate reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required
5+ years of experience in telecommunications project management
Strong understanding of the life cycle of a data provisioning and telco circuit order to support provisioning, changes, roadblock removal, and billing, or analysis.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
US Citizenship and ability to pass a Public Trust background check
